All to play for

When you ask a child what is important in their lives, playing and being with their friends always comes out on top.

Play is an essential part of a child’s life.

Not only is it fun, but it is also beneficial to a child’s emotional, intellectual, social and physical development and paves the way for the adults they become

All children have the right to play as enshrined in in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child. This is recognised by the UK Government and the Welsh Government.

As parents and carers, it is our responsibility to make sure our children have space, time and the company of others to play.
